Shellharbour Boathouse

The Shellharbour Boathouse is a major marine infrastructure development within the Shell Cove Waterfront Precinct, providing a purpose-built facility for vessel storage, maintenance and marine operations. Upon completion this project will provide, dry-stack boat storage, vessel haul-out facilities, hardstand maintenance areas, workshops and commercial spaces, supporting recreational and commercial boating along the NSW South Coast.

Conlon Contracting undertook works at the Shellharbour Boathouse development which included bulk and detailed excavation, earthworks and associated groundworks. Our involvement also included site preparation, material handling and plant operations which supported the construction of the new marine facility.
